Bradley THOMAS Jr.

3104th Quartermaster Service Company

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE SIR

Bastogne, December 13, 2014.
Meet and greet at the Bastogne Barracks

Bradley Thomas Jr. from Monticello, Georgia one of those faithful Americans to have served in the time of war. As a soldier in the 3104th Quarter Master, Thomas Jr. came ashore on Omaha Beach D-Day on June 6, 1944, fought across Northern France, and served in the bloodiest battles of WWII, The Battle of the Bulge.
African Americans did not receive the same rights and freedoms that their white counterparts did. Moreover, they were discriminated against, physically abused, and were seen as less than American; and even worse, less than human. Despite all of the injustices against them, they still served and remained loyal to their country.
In the words of Mr. Thomas … "We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided."
